Anchor Insights Consulting emerged from the recognition that many institutions are navigating complex challenges and decisions around Generative AI and other wicked problems. Our goals are to help anchor institutions in their values and relationships to surface the ideal approaches to respond to these challenges.

Lance Eaton, PhD has served as faculty and staff in higher education over the last twenty years, and, more recently, has become a nationally recognized leader in AI in higher education.

Christine (or Chris!) brings a background in operations, change strategy, and adult learning, with a 15-year track record of helping teams navigate complex transitions with clarity and momentum.
